Together we're building the future of housing. We're a team deeply committed to innovation, collaboration and you! We take pride in ensuring our Green Canopy NODE team members not only feel valued, but live into their potential.
We are deeply committed to fostering a culture of belonging, where all team members can thrive. We take pride in ensuring our team members feel valued and can live into their potential. Our annual process of co-creating values anchor us in our cultural identity in which we can all see our fingerprints. We believe that employees resonate with a culture they can call their own. We are deliberate about creating opportunities for meaningful connection with one another.
Yes, we offer competitive salaries, perks and benefits - there are no shortage of companies that do! But that's not what makes Green Canopy NODE a great place to work - it's the culture, the people, our shared mission and values, and working together as a team, to create a future we know is possible for generations to come.
Green Canopy NODE’s mission is to build homes, relationships, and businesses that help regenerate communities and environments.
Sustainable and affordable homes for everyone.
To accomplish our mission, it is essential our team includes diverse perspectives and lived experiences. In order to help others develop more regenerative communities, our team must develop the community within Green Canopy NODE that resembles the better world we know is possible. We nurture an equitable and inclusive work environment through our co-created shared set of values, and ongoing, professionally facilitated leadership, DEIB training and workshops, and the following initiatives:
Working with a DEIB consultant to rethink our recruiting and hiring practices, policy documents, and internal/external content
A company-wide unconscious bias training workshop
A resource library for team members to engage in personal learning
Incorporating our DEIB learnings into all new projects, working groups, content creation, policy documents, and processes
Taking responsibility for our actions, words and behaviors and address missteps quickly, with compassion and grace
Ongoing discussions, committees, and trainings
