We are a purpose-first and impact start-up. We have developed a way to help companies evolve the way they work through conscious leadership, purposeful focus, listening tools and ceremony along the way.

We serve in 3 ways:

1. Facilitate and unite founders and leaders to teach conscious leadership practices, develop personal purpose stories, and build peer connections. Leading a company can be a lonely role. We believe that peer connections and development are critical to your success to build conscious and mindful companies. New Founder/CEO Circles begin bimonthly.

2. Listening tools to build stakeholder relationships. We provide training and tools to help you build personal and powerful listening skills to strengthen relationships with your employees, customers, suppliers, investors, community, and the planet. Most humans listen to solve instead of listening with curiosity, to truly understand another perspective. We have also been trained to think in terms of scarcity rather than the abundance in which we truly live.

3. Celebration. Building a mindful and conscious business is all about the journey, not a destination. We believe in celebrating your progress along the way. We have created the Mindful Employer designation to create a way to differentiate your business from others and attract mindful employees. Humans are looking for purposeful and conscious work. It's not a competition.
