We've reimagined the hiring process based on the science of engagement, so that we can all get back to the important work of making a living and making a difference.
We do three things:
We help job seekers with personal development and career exploration
We help impact companies share their story in order to attract top talent
Our AI driven matching algorithm pairs talent with job opportunities based on proprietary factors known to improve engagement at work
We are a hard-working, autonomous team that is equally passionate about building an great product as we are about building a phenomenal company that people will love to work for. We believe that people should enjoy coming to work, and we have a culture that supports people being engaged and fulfilled, while striving to become their best selves.
