To share leadership is to share power. This contributes to solving for the deep disparities and inequities in our teams, organizations, and culture. Founded in 2002 by Lori Hanau, we’ve led companies, teams, and networks for over 20 years in learning how to create – and sustain – thriving workplaces and resilient businesses through the principles of our Shared Leadership Framework™ and Shared Leadership Journey™.
