We're looking for an organized, responsible EA for the CEO and founder. This role would offer support with scheduling and calendar management, communications, and more.

This role supports the CEO and founder, and therefore helps keep the entire company running smoothly.
Primary duties and responsibilities
Scheduling and calendar management with daily communications with CEO regarding that day's events, meetings, calls, etc.
Communications support
Arranging travel
Administrative tasks
Various tasks to support CEO

About the team
We are a very small team of three full time people and a handful of contractors.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who has been an EA before and brings experience to this role. The ideal candidate will be professional, prompt with communications, helpful with scheduling, and communicate the next day's agenda to the CEO every evening.
