About the role

We are currently in search of a Manager, Media Client Services & Development to join our team to continue driving growth and success with industry-leading brands by leveraging our expanding and powerful platform. Partnerships would include working with brands and agencies on immersive, 360 degree content programs across written, video, interactive content, influencer & social campaigns, live & virtual events, podcast and more. You will join a motivated team as a player coach, responsible for managing the success of digital ad campaigns and building strong relationships; including developing strategic media plans, gathering creative assets, and monitoring campaign delivery & performance.

Primary duties and responsibilities

  • Directly manage the post sales process for clients that are of strategic importance to the business.

  • Build and maintain post sales processes at the company for better organization and campaign sell-through rate/renewals.

  • Own and manage the media plan creation process from start to finish for select accounts

  • Work alongside sales and branded strategy teams in ensuring that all potential pitches and proposals have been properly vetted with strategic stakeholders across all items including but not limited to: hard costs, talent names, production feasibility and timelines.

  • Communicate and collaborate with the sales, creative, brand strategy, branded content, AdOps and  production to ensure that strategic clients’ needs are met.

  • Compile reports on account delivery, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.

Typical schedule

Monday through Friday, 9-5 with flexibility
